Modern Myth, a Manila-based Demi Fine Jewelry brand, invited me to design a special capsule collection. Aside from the products, the brand also gave me freedom to conceptualize the whole creative direction—from the shoot, design collaterals, to notecards that come with the product—basically the whole series.
We decided on a 5-piece limited edition collection. Each piece was drawn by me and then translated into jewelry pieces by Modern Myth. I designed the pieces with imagery that resonate with me—Sun and Moon, an eye, a woman’s face and bust, a flower. All simple yet very special pieces one can wear everyday.

TRESemmé Philippines, in collaboration with stylist and brand ambassador Liz Uy, commissioned Soleil to create a special design to be used for limited branded merchandise as instore gifts with every purchase of TRESemmé products.
For their F/W 2016 Collection Launch, Aldo Philippines commissioned Soleil to create illustrations to be used and printed on limited edition shoeboxes. These illustrated boxes were given out to guests and press during the event.
We were given complete freedom on what to do with the designs; for inspiration, we asked them for their new campaign photos and based the design off of it. Their new visuals had a clean but edgy look, with some photos having cutout elements which gave a collage feel. So for the design, we went for the same direction, marrying their clean aesthetic with our rough, handmade style.

Soleil was asked to create 3 designs to be printed on limited tote bags which were given out to guests during the event. The brief was to show the brand’s aesthetic while showcasing their newest collection (and also initially, show a bit of Spain, which was later scrapped and just decided to focus on the outfits).
